Our experience is designed to be an immersive psychological game; mutual respect among participants and staff is required at all times.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another player up to 48 hours before the event with prior written notice to our team. In the unlikely event that MAFIA THE GAME cancels a scheduled session, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
Players must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who acts abusively, appears severely intoxicated, or disrupts the experience for others, without refund. Food and drink are provided by the venue, and no outside food or drink is permitted.
